A leasing company migrated their customers' data from diverse legacy systems to SAP using a CloverETL solution.
The company was running two legacy systems. One system was utilized for contract data administration while the other was a predecessor of today's Enterprise Resource Planning system. Many data records were duplicated in these systems.
A decision was made to obtain a new ERP system, SAP, and replace the two outdated ones. All records had to be migrated with duplicate ones consolidated and outdated, inconsistent, or deficient data updated or purged. It was also requested to have a minimal impact on daily operations during the transition.
