Prague, Czech Republic - June 5, 2009 - OpenSys, a provider of ETL and data integration solutions, announced today the release of CloverETL Server version 1.3. This release contains significant change to the previous version – clustering. This critical feature provides great scalability and high availability.
Key New Features:
- Clustering - More installations of CloverETL Server in network environment cooperate together and thus offer faster and more reliable performance.
- File event listener - User may configure CloverETL Server to observe changes of specified resource on the file system. Server may execute transformation, send notification or execute any other server task according to listener configuration.
- New own algorithm for Load Balancing allows CloverETL Server to be deployed together with HTTP load-balancer or without it.
- New graph event type "GRAPH UNRESOLVED" allows user to configure reaction to unfinished graphs, i.e. it may restart failed graph or send a notification when whole server or application server fails.
- New task type "Send JMS Message" allows user to specify JMS topic or queue which receives notifications about successful or failed transformations as well as about another server events.
- Better security with fine-grained permissions allows administrator to provide only such permissions that are necessary to certain user groups.
- This new release enables users to edit their own credentials and password.
