Chapter 6. Installing Designer Into Eclipse 3.5
Eclipse 3.5 GALILEO allows you to install CloverETL Designer plugin directly into it. In the release 3.5 of Eclipse Platform, all required plugins are being installed during the installation of CloverETL Designer plugin. You do not need to install them separately and you only need to download and install CloverETL Designer.
Installing CloverETL Designer plugin into Eclipse 3.5 GALILEO release is actually adding of a new software. The → wizard displays the list of software sites and items available for installation.
The button enables to type the plugin location. The summary of CloverETL Designer online plugin update sites is provided in the following table.

To get the access to the CloverETL plugin installation, you will be prompted to enter the username and password. In case the CloverETL Desktop Edition is desired, enter the license number for username, otherwise your user account login, i.e., your email address.
After checking the CloverETL item and accepting the terms of the license agreements in the next wizard, click to allow the downloading and installing to proceed. Later on, click when asked to restart Eclipse SDK for the changes to take effect.
To verify that the installation had finished successfully, go to

should be displayed.
