If you select the Export graphs item, you can click the Next button and you will see the following window:

You must check the graph(s) that should be exported in the right pane. You also must find the output directory. In addition to it, you can select whether external (shared) metadata, connections and parameters should be internalized and inserted into graph(s). This must be done by checking corresponding checkboxes. You can also remove gui tags from the output file by checking the Strip gui tags checkbox.
