The easiest way is to download the bundle of Eclipse and CloverETL Designer.
This is recommended when you do not have any Eclipse installed or when you want to install a separate Eclipse instance for your CloverETL Designer.
First, register an account on the company site: www.cloveretl.com/user/register.
After that, you will be sent an e-mail with your login name and password. Confirm your registration in this e-mail and click the corresponding link on the web page.
Select the bundle version which is the proper for your OS,
download it and extract its contents to the selected location. Then
you only need to enter the eclipse directory
and start the Eclipse by running the
eclipse executable or the
eclipse.exe file.
After that, you will be prompted to select a location for your
workspace. This is the directory where your
CloverETL projects will be stored.
When you select it, Eclipse will open with CloverETL Designer installed and you can start working.
