Contest Rules

NO PURCHASE NECESSARY TO ENTER OR WIN. A PURCHASE WILL NOT INCREASE YOUR CHANCE OF WINNING.

  1. HOW TO ENTER THE CONTEST
    1. Follow the links and instructions to enter. Submit the link/screenshot/picture of your post, your first name and last name, and a valid email address to the email address win@cloveretl.com.
    2. Five entries per person, each via the 5 mentioned various ways of entry, are permitted. Internet entries will be deemed made by the authorized account holder of the email address submitted at the time of entry. The authorized account holder is the natural person who is assigned to the email address by an internet access provider, online service provider or other organization that is responsible by assigning email address or the domain associated with the submitted email address. Multiple participants are not permitted to share the same email address. Javlin Inc. reserves the rights to use all submitted links/screenshot/pictures as their marketing materials and use them accordingly. Use of any device to automate entry is prohibited. Proof of submission of an entry shall not be deemed proof of receipt by Javlin Inc. Javlin Inc. is not responsible for entries not received due to difficulty accessing the internet, service outage or delays, computer difficulties or other technological glitches.
  2. ELIGIBILITY RESTRICTIONS
    1. The contest is open to all persons who are 18 years of age or older. Employees of Javlin Inc., its licensee, and each of their corporate parents, subsidiaries, and affiliates, their advertising agencies, participating sponsors/promotional partners, and the members of their immediate families and or households are ineligible to participate or win.
    2. Entrants are required to provide truthful information. Javlin Inc. will reject and delete any entry that it discovers to be false or fraudulent. Javlin Inc. will disqualify any entry from individuals who do not meet the eligibility requirements, and Javlin Inc. will also delete any entry received from persons under the age of 13 in compliance with the Children’s Online Privacy Protection Act.
    3. In the event that a prize is mailed to the winner, it will be with the prior written announcement to the winner and therefore, winner assumes the risk of its loss. Javlin Inc. is not responsible for the safe arrival of a prize.
    4. Each person can enter only with one account on each mentioned social network platforms. Using multiple accounts to enter will be ineligible.
  3. SELECTION OF WINNERS
    1. Winners will be chosen randomly from all received entries. The draw will be done using CloverETL. The prizes will go to the winner in the following order:
      First draw – iPad, Second draw – Netbook, Third draw – Javlin’s Fleece Jacket, Fourth draw – Javlin’ s Fleece Jacket, Fifth draw – CloverETL USB stick, Sixth draw – CloverETL USB stick, Seventh to Tens draw – CloverETL T-Shirt
    2. The winners will be announced on November 8th, at which time they will be contacted via email.
    3. Decisions of Contest Entities management with respect to the Contest are final.
    4. ODDS OF WINNING DEPEND UPON THE NUMBER OF ENTRIES RECEIVED
    5. Winners must verify their eligibility (age) and/or provide liability/publicity release within 30 days of notification attempt or prize will be forfeited and an alternate winner may be chosen randomly from entries received. If a potential winner cannot be contacted, fails to sign and return the required verification of eligibility and liability/publicity release within the required time period, or if a prize is returned as undeliverable, potential winner forfeits prize.
  4. CONDITIONS
    1. Payments of all federal, state and local taxes are solely the responsibility of the winners. Winners may be required to sign an IRS Form W-9 or the equivalent.
    2. By participating in the contest, participants agree with all the contest rules.
    3. By participating in the contest, the winners agree to have their name, their links/screenshots/photographs of the post, used in any advertising material or/an website relating to this contest without additional financial or other compensation, and to sign a publicity release confirming such consent prior to acceptance of the prize.
    4. All contestants must submit their link/screenshot/picture no later than October 31, 2010 by Midnight EST. All entries must be emailed to win@cloveretl.com
    5. Prior to awarding any prize, Javlin Inc. in its sole discretion may require contest winners to sign a liability release, agreeing to hold Javlin Inc, its corporate licensee, and each of their parent, subsidiary and affiliated corporations, and the officers, shareholders, directors, employees, agents and representatives of each of them harmless against any and all claims or liability arising directly or indirectly from the prize or participation in the Contest.
    6. Javlin Inc., in its sole discretion, reserves the right to disqualify any person tampering with the entry process, the operation of the Javlin’s website or is otherwise in violation of the rules.
    7. Failure to comply with the Contest rules may result in a contestant’s disqualification solely at the discretion of Javlin Inc..
    8. This promotion is in no way sponsored, endorsed or administered by, or associated with, any of the social networking platforms mentioned with regard to this contest.
    9. Javlin Inc. is not responsible for typographical or other errors in the printing, the offering or the administration of the Contest, or in the announcement of a prize.
